Information:
This is a traffic shaping network driver for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. It reduces delays dramatically during bulk data transfer and keeps your PC responsive when used with peer-to-peer networks or any other service that transfers large amounts of data.
The basic idea is to prioritize the traffic so that all packets that you want to be low-latency (e.g. connection requests, PINGs and DNS queries) have precedence over bulk data traffic.
The program works with DSL modems (USB and LAN) and routers. It is fully compatible with conventional PPPoE drivers. You can change and extend the prioritizing scheme on your own. It has a skinnable status window that informs your about the current traffic and latency conditions.
