This Windows Service Application provides IRC, HTTP and opennap service. It can accept IRC clients, opennap clients, and WWW browsers. DICE offers opennap-compliant directory-publishing service, interoperability among IRC clients and opennap clients in chat channels, an IRC user-shell for easy user-channel management, IRC over SSL, IRC host-spoof scanner and secure remote administration via a GUI shell over the Internet. It also provides customizable multi-locale string resources in XML, unique hostname masking, binding TCP/IP ports to multiple NIC, a WWW channel browser protected by JavaScript vector digits generation. The DICE supports Windows Firewall bypassing on Windows XP SP2 and Windows Server 2003 SP1.
