This is a tool for checking Web pages for broken links on Web servers or local computer. HTML Link Validator checks filenames case sensitively. It can catch most types of errors and give you a full report on all links found in Web pages and Web sites.
It validates Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator Favorites, internet shortcuts and list of links, and it can validate links directly from MS Access databases. It can also validate thousands of HTML documents at once. When validating pages and sites which are on Web servers it behaves as a fully automated, multi-threaded, link-following, Web spider, and gives you full report on links found in all scanned files and pages.
If your files are located on your local computer then double-click on a folder with your HTML files and Validator will find all HTMLs in this folder and all subfolders, create the file list, mark files with errors, display links and allow you to edit them. Reports can be saved as a text file or as a MS Access database file.
